The Safe Space is a local hub for adults who feel they are nearing crisis point. They are here to listen to what you need and work with you to help. This might be strategies to help you cope in the moment, a range of activities we provide free of charge, resources to take away or connecting you with practical local services. They offer face to face, telephone and video-conference support.
To access the service you need to be 18 or over and living in or accessing a GP in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham or Hounslow, or caring for someone who lives in or accesses a GP in Ealing, Hammersmith or Fulham or Hounslow.
You can either complete and return the referral form on our website, or call one of our Safe Space hubs and leave a message and we will get back to you, or drop into the Safe Space between 5pm-7pm, 7 days a week.
