In this anxiety hack video, Pooky Knightsmith will show you how to use the simple ‘If….then….’ technique to reduce worries. This is a technique commonly used as part of cognitive behavioural therapy but simple enough for anyone to use. It can be used by children or adults and you can do it yourself or you can support someone else to use this idea.
